This clutch was designed as a companion to the Marie Tote, that was inspired by Marie Curie. It only seemed fitting to name it after Irène Joliot-Curie, the daughter of Pierre and Marie Curie and a Nobel prize winning scientist in her own right.

Finished Size – these are approximate measurements:
- 19cm (71/2”) across the base
- 28cm (11”) across the top
- 16cm (61/4”) tall at the side seam
You will need:
- 25cm (10”) of size 5 zipper tape and a zip pull
- 1 x 2.5cm (1”) Rectangle or D Ring
- 1 x 2.5cm (1”) swivel snap
- Optional – 1 rivet for wrist strap
- Outer Fabric 30cm (12”)
- Lining Fabric 25cm (10”)
- Woven interfacing 50cm (191/2”)
